IHOP and Paris Baguette coming to Block & Company's Oak Park Mall Pad Development in Overland Park, KS

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is pleased to announce that IHOP and Paris Baguette will be opening new locations at the Oak Park Mall Pad Development site that sits on the southwest corner of 95th Street and Nieman Road in Overland Park, Kansas. Currently, a 34,371 square foot office building is undergoing demolition to make way for the construction of these two new restaurant pads. IHOP will occupy 4,500 square feet and Paris Baguette will occupy 1,500 square feet of the proposed 6,000 square foot pad building. Negotiations are also underway with a national bank to occupy the corner pad.

Paris Baguette is a rapidly expanding bakery cafe concept with dozens of locations nationwide, this will be their first location in the Greater Kansas City Metro Area. With construction currently underway, both restaurants are expected to be open in the latter part of 2022.

The Oak Park Mall Pad Development currently has one remaining pad site available for sale or lease. The available pad sits on 1.236 acres of land with potential for a 6,200 square foot building. Block & Company is currently seeking a restaurant or retail user for the site.

In addition to the Oak Park Mall Pad Development, the firm currently leases and manages three nearby shopping centers that make up nearly 600,000 square feet of retail space.
