On behalf of the ownership group, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors successfully negotiated the long term lease of 2905 N. Broadway in Pittsburg, Kansas.



Marshalls will occupy a 25,000 square foot freestanding building within Pittsburg Town Center. The shopping center is leased and managed by Block & Company, Inc., Realtors and is located in the heart of Pittsburg's retail corridor. Other notable co-tenants include Home Depot, Chili's, Buffalo Wild Wings, The UPS Store, and several others.
