Coltin joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in March 2022 as an Assistant Property Manager. He was promoted to Property Manager in January 2023 and then to Sales Agent in August 2024.

Coltin is a licensed salesperson in both Kansas and Missouri and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from UMKC.
