Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a 2.10 acre pad site in the Bauer Farm development at 6th Street & Wakarusa Drive in Lawrence, Kansas to Tru by Hilton. The site is located next to Walmart Supercenter at 510 Wakarusa Drive in the over 275,000 square foot mixed-use Bauer Farm development with Sprouts Farmers Market, Lawrence Community Theater, Harvest Senior Living Facility, Starbucks, CVS, and numerous other restaurants and retailers.
