A Block & Company, Inc., Realtors managed investment group recently sold Rosebud Plaza Shopping Center to an undisclosed out of town buyer. The 106,324 square foot shopping center sits on 8.22 acres of land on the northeast corner of 135th Street & Mur Len Road. Anchored by Hobby Lobby and Goodwill, the center is ideally located at 16630-16640 W. 135th Street in the heart of Olathe, Kansas.
