Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold Wornall Plaza shopping center located at 7960-7970 Wornall Road in Kansas City, Missouri for $2,100,000 to Solar Success LLC. The 13,320 square foot, 100% occupied center is home to Sherwin Williams, Papa Johns, 9Round Boxing, Cricket Wireless, and 5th Avenue Cleaners.

Dimitri Rodopoulos of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the investment sale on behalf of the seller, Wornall Plaza 91, LLC. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors was the long time management and leasing company for Wornall Plaza.
