City Council of Lee's Summit, MO approves plan for Village at View High

On October 20, 2016 the Lee's Summit City Council approved a conceptual development plan and a change in zoning classification for the Village at View High Development from District Single-family Residential (R-1) to District Planned Mixed Use (PMIX).

This first-class $225 million, 74 acre mixed-use development is located on the northeast corner of SW View High Drive and SW 3rd Street. The Village at View High will be bring 310 new apartments, a 13-acre senior living facility, a quarter-million square feet of retail, more than 100,000 square feet of office/medical space, and dynamic entertainment and dining options to an underserved Lee's Summit area.

The Village at View High development team is a collaboration between Parrot Properties, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, Engineering Solutions, Sullivan Law, TransSystems, Hirst & Associates Architects, Bushyhead LLC, Boothe Architects, and Humphrey, Farrington & McClain, PC.
