purchased the former Kmart Shopping Center located on southeast quadrant of I-35 & Shawnee Mission Parkway at 8703 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Merriam, Kansas - one of the finest and last remaining retail sites in the region, the property fronts Shawnee Mission Parkway from Antioch Road to Eby Street. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors plans to redevelop the 11.79 acre property into a mixed-use development with restaurants, retail, entertainment, and hotel sites.
