Block & Company, Inc., Realtors' Kansas City, Missouri office brokered the sale-leaseback transaction for the Winstead's restaurant located at I-435 & Roe Avenue in Overland Park, Kansas - a suburb of Greater Kansas City.

A local group of investors purchased the Winstead's land and the 4,220 square foot restaurant building on a long term leaseback. David Block of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented Winstead's and the buyer in this transaction.
