Block & Company announces new Radio Shack locations in Kansas City Metro Area

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce the opening of two new Radio Shack retail locations and one district office location in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area.

Radio Shack has leased 1,923 square feet of retail space at 16010 W. 65th Street in Shawnee, Kansas and 2,728 square feet of retail space at 7588 W. 119th Street in Overland Park, Kansas. Radio Shack has also leased 2,100 square feet of space located at 7206 W.119th Street in Overland Park, Kansas which will be used as the companyÕs district office.

Tony DeTommaso of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented Radio Shack in all three lease transactions. DeTommaso assists Radio Shack in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area including eastern Kansas and western Missouri and has transacted over 30 deals in the last 12 years of their working relationship. According to Tony DeTommaso, Radio Shack is still looking to open 4 to 6 more retail stores in the metropolitan area in the next 12 months.
