Block & Company, Inc., Realtors brings Kansas Sampler to Wichita, Kansas

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri is proud to announce that Kansas Sampler recently signed a ten year lease for the 23,000 square-foot property located at 3053 N. Rock Road in Wichita, Kansas. The new Wichita location will be a larger scale prototype store and is scheduled to open next week.

Kansas Sampler/Rally House currently has eight retail stores throughout the Kansas City Metropolitan Area, Topeka, and Lawrence, as well as four locations in Texas.

Steve Gasperi and Chris Hitchcock of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented Kansas Sampler (Sampler Stores, Inc) and Classic Real Estate represented the landlord (J&K Properties) in the lease transaction.
