Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold Blue Ridge Plaza Shopping Center located in the southwest quadrant of Blue Ridge Boulevard & 51st Street in Raytown, Missouri.

Monopoly Acquisitions LLC purchased the 54,000 +/- SF, Family Dollar anchored shopping center from Blue Ridge Plaza LLC.
