Sale of Northland Shopping Center

Block & Company, Inc. announces the sale of Shoal Creek Plaza to a group of Midwest investors.

Block has developed over 30 acres including more than one million square feet of retail space at the southwest corner of Missouri Highway 152 and Flintlock Road.
