Block & Company proud to announce Sam's Club Groundbreaking at Raymore Galleria

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce that Sam's Club will be the newest anchor tenant to join Raymore Galleria. Sam's Club purchased of 17.3 acres of land and will be a great addition to the 400,000 square foot retail power shopping center located at 58 Highway & Dean Avenue in Raymore, Missouri just east of the new I-49 interstate (previously 71 Highway). Sam's Club broke ground on January 11, 2013 and will start construction immediately, their new 136,085 square-foot store is expected to open in October of this year.

Raymore Galleria is presently home to a freestanding Lowe's and OfficeMax, NTB, Firestone, Belfonte's Premier Express Carwash, Steak 'n Shake, UMB Bank, and additional retailers.

According to David M. Block, the developer and broker, retail space and pad sites are currently available in Phase II of the development in the retail center across the street to the north there is also Phase IV of Raymore Galleria just south of the new Sam's Club with an additional 20 acres of land which is planned for a 2014/2015 development.
