Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold two multi-tenant retail buildings totaling approximately 13,000 square feet at southwest quadrant of 31st & Iowa Street in Lawrence, Kansas. Located on 1.15 acres of land, the two retail buildings have been home to long terms tenants Pier 1 Imports (9,377 square feet), Radio Shack (2,600 square feet), and Supercuts (1,000 square feet) since the buildings were first constructed and developed by Block & Company in 2005.

The site is directly in front of Super Target and is located at a major Lawrence retail corridor with Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, JC Penney, Kohls, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, and many more.
