Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sells major Shopping Center in Kansas City, MO

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold the Shoppes at Shoal Creek development in Kansas City, Missouri to an entity owned by Pine Tree Commercial Realty, LLC in partnership with Wanxiang America Corporation.

The 130,000 square-foot Shoppes at Shoal Creek development is strategically located on one of the Kansas City's busiest retail corridors at the northwest corner of 152 Highway & Flintlock Road. The shopping center was developed in three phases and is currently anchored by Best Buy and OfficeMax. David M. Block and Becky Goodman of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors were the agents responsible for the leasing, development, construction management, and the sale transaction of Shoppes at Shoal Creek.

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is also responsible for the development of two other power shopping centers at this intersection.
