Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is proud to announce a new Stroud's Restaurant will be coming to Independence, Missouri. The new Stroud's Restaurant will occupy a 6,270 square-foot building located at 19700 Valley View Parkway in Independence, Missouri which is currently home to El Maguey Mexican Restaurant. Stroud's is scheduled to open early 2015.

David M. Block and Mark McConahay of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated this long term sale lease-back transaction. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors exclusively represents Stroud's Restaurants and were responsible for the Fairway and Overland
