Block & Company sells Walmart Supercenter and Sam's Club anchored center in Decatur, IL

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors recently sold a 45,114 square-foot retail strip center in Decatur, IL for $4,650,000. The Walmart Supercenter and Sam's Club anchored center is located at 4202-4298 N. Prospect, on the southeast corner of I-72 & 51 Highway. Other key tenants in the 100% occupied center include Jo-Ann Fabrics, Radio Shack, and Sally Beauty Supply.

This will be Block & Company's 4th shopping center sale in the past year of the original 13 center assignment.
