Darren Siegel works as a retail specialist for Block & Company. He began his career as a leasing and sales agent at Terra Realty in 1997 which eventually lead him to personally purchase, rehab, and sell commercial property on his own.
Since joining the Block & Company, Darren has been actively involved in retail sales, leasing, and investments as well as owner and tenent representation. Darren has represented many owners and developers on numerous shopping centers in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area including: Ward Parkway Plaza, Country Hill Shopping Center, Glenwood Plaza, Sunrise Farms Development, Broadway Plaza Shopping Center, Sherrydale Shopping Center, Mission West Shopping Center, Chouteau Crossing Shopping Center, and many others.
Darren is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Retail Brokers Network, and is involved in various other real estate organizations. He enjoys volunteering for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Emile Rosebud Diabetes Research Foundation, and others.
As a Westminster College graduate and alumni of the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity, Darren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. During his college years he served in the US Marine Corps and was deployed over seas to serve in the Gulf region.
Darren has two children, Ian and Hailey. He devotes his spare time to volunteering at and enjoying their school events and activities. Spending time with friends and family, especially outdoors, is high on Darren's list of priorities.
