Karsyn Smith joined Block & Company Inc., Realtors in February 2023 as a temporary Front Desk Receptionist and soon switched into her current role as Sales Associate in April 2023.

She is a licensed commercial sales agent in both Kansas and Missouri. Her main focus is on retail leasing and tenant/landlord representation across the Kansas City area.

Karsyn is from Lee's Summit, MO, and currently resides in downtown Kansas City. When she is not in the office, Karsyn enjoys interior design, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family and cats.
