Karsyn Smith is a Sales & Leasing Agent at Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, specializing in retail leasing and landlord/tenant representation throughout the Kansas City metro. Karsyn began her career in residential investment real estate before finding her path to commercial brokerage in 2023. Her time at the company also includes experience in property management, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both sides of the table.
Licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, Karsyn enjoys working with a wide range of clients, but has a particular soft spot for local and small businesses, as well as young entrepreneurs searching for their first storefront. A Lee's Summit native who grew up in Lake Lotawana, Karsyn spends her free time on the lake, golfing, trying new restaurants, exploring antique stores, and spending time in Manhattan, KS.
