Zach Albrecht joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in 2024 as a Development & Investment Specialist. Zach focuses on development, redevelopment and investments in his role.

Zach brings to us nine years of experience in the field. He graduated from Regis University in 2014 with a B.S. in Economics. He is from Saint Louis, MO and currently resides in Fairway, KS.

Zach believes in developing client relationships on trust, knowledge and expertise. Client relationships include The Kroenke Group, BG Edge, Genesis Companies, United Growth, Provident Realty Advisors, Slim Chickens, Choice Hotels, Yoga Six, Pure Barre, CycleBar, Club Pilates, Stretch Lab, Stride, Burger King, L.OV.E. Restaurant Group & more.

Zach is involved with Type 1 Diabetes Foundations and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Retail Brokers Network (RBN). In his free time, Zach is an avid duck hunter and sports fan.
