Josh Rothschild joined Block & Company, Inc., Realtors in May 2025 as a Sales Associate. Josh comes from a background in marketing, both in corporate and as a consultant. He has a wide range of experience working with clients from entertainment to restaurants, and many other industries. Most recently, Josh was a residential Realtor with ReeceNichols.

Josh specializes in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. He works with businesses, investors, and developers to identify properties that meet their needs, negotiate deals, and conduct market analysis. Additional responsibilities include marketing properties, advising clients on market trends, and coordinating with other professionals such as appraisers, attorneys, and property managers.

Having worked in the residential side of real estate, Josh understands where opportunities are in the Kansas City Metro.

Josh is a proud alumnus of the University of Kansas, a Kansas City native, and a family man. He grew up with a passion for music that remains a significant part of his life today. When he's not working, you can find him outside enjoying nature, at a concert, or Arrowhead or Kauffman Stadium. He values strong community connections and brings that same energy and dedication to everything he does.
