Le'anna Davis, a Kansas City native, serves as an Operations Specialist on Block & Company, Inc.'s Realtors’ Property Management team. She collaborates with Portfolio Managers and other departments to coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, inspections, vendor services, lease compliance, and ongoing property operations.
Le'anna brings over four years of experience in customer service and operations, most recently as an Asset Protection Team Lead at Walmart.
Le'anna's strengths include creativity, social engagement, effective communication, collaboration, and a dedication to continuous learning. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
In her free time, Le'anna enjoys baking and getting involved in her community. She is passionate about supporting local schools and youth, and co-founded an alumni network across different districts to connect students with new opportunities.
