Jody Minder joined Block & Company in 2004 and specializes in the leasing and sales of retail properties, as well as tenant representation. With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, she has successfully represented both local and national tenants and landlords throughout the Greater Kansas City area.

Jody received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, with a concentration in Real Estate, from the University of Illinois at Champaign. She is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri and Kansas. She is also a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is currently pursuing her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation (CCIM).

Aside from her professional career, Jody is celebrating 19 years of marriage to her husband, Wes. They have six boys together and are expecting their first girl in October.
