SHOPPING CENTERS SOLD | Block & Company, Inc., Realtors sells three shopping centers in Raytown, Missouri

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors - representing the property owners - recently sold three nearly 100% occupied shopping centers located at 5200-5254 Blue Ridge Boulevard, 6204-6240 Raytown Trafficway, and 6215-6249 Blue Ridge Boulevard in Raytown, Missouri. The three centers were purchased for a total of $4.9 million by 1340 East 9th Street Realty Corporation from Monopoly Acquisitions.
Bill Maas, CCIM and Jay Friedman of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the sale transaction on behalf of the seller. Block & Company will continue to handle the leasing on behalf for the new owner for the shopping center located at 6204-6240 Raytown Trafficway.
