Block & Company, Inc., Realtors brings national discount retailer to Kansas City Retail Center

KANSAS CITY, Missouri—Block & Company, Inc., Realtors,is pleased to announce that Dollar Tree will be opening a new location at Shoppes at Shoal Creek. The new approximately 18,800 square foot store is located off 152 Highway at 8550 N. Flintlock Road in Kansas City, Missouri. The lease fills the center's final available space, bringing the property to full occupancy.

Located in the Northland near Liberty, the Block & Company-managed center will welcome Dollar Tree to its tenant mix. Other tenants in the center include Best Buy, La Z-Boy, Chipotle, America's Best and many others.The transaction secures a long-term retail tenant for the property and marks a leasing milestone for the ownership.

Dollar Tree operates more than 9,000 stores and 18 distribution centers across 48 contiguous states and five Canadian provinces under the brands Dollar Tree and Dollar Tree Canada. The publicly traded company is pursuing an aggressive growth strategy, confirming plans to open roughly 400 new stores across the U.S. and Canada in fiscal year 2026.
