Block & Company announces new QuikTrip redevelopment on I-35 & Armour Road in North Kansas City, MO

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, a Kansas City based full service commercial real estate company with over 70 years of experience, is pleased to announce a new QuikTrip store will be built on the southwest corner of I-35 & Armour Road in North Kansas City, Missouri, which is one the most identifiable intersections in all of Kansas City. QuikTrip Corporation purchased a total of 2.91 acres to build a new facility at 1401 Armour Road to replace their existing store at 1010 Armour Road. The new store will be a redevelopment of an existing antiquated office building.

Construction on the new store will begin soon.

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the sale of 1.88 acres of the 2.91 acres to QuikTrip Corporation. David M. Block and Jody Minder of Block & Company, Inc., Realtors negotiated the sale transaction on behalf of all transaction partners.
