successfully represented the buyer in the investment sale transaction of 1191 NE McQuerry Road in Grain Valley, Missouri. The 7.3 acre property is located inside the Grain Valley Marketplace development and was purchased for $9.25 million. Price Chopper (AWG) and Starbucks currently occupy the 60,000 square foot facility and both have long term leases under contract.
The building was constructed in 2017 by the seller, Star Development Corporation, whom Glasgow also represented during the build-to-suit phase that brought Price Chopper and Starbucks to the Grain Valley Marketplace
The Price Chopper/Starbucks features great visibility from Interstate 70 and is primely located in a rapidly expanding area of Grain Valley. Nearly every sector of real estate surrounds the property that include single and multifamily neighborhoods, hotels & entertainment venues, office and industrial facilities, and several retail establishments.
