headed investment group has successfully acquired the former Best Buy building at 10500 Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas. The 46,538 square-foot freestanding building sits on 4.22 acres in the 850,000 square-foot Plaza at the Speedway Shopping Center and is strategically located on the northwest corner of I-435 & Parallel Parkway in front of Sam's Club.
Plaza at the Speedway is anchored by Walmart Supercenter, Kohl's, and Sam's Club. Other tenants include Taco Bell, Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chick-fil-A, Jack in the Box, Wendy's, St. Luke's Community Hospital, and many more. The property has outstanding visibility to the more than 2 million square-feet of retail and entertainment including Kansas Speedway, Cabela's, Great Wolf Lodge, Schlitterbahn Vacation Village, Nebraska Furniture Mart, Legends Kansas City Outlets, T-Bones Baseball Stadium, Sporting Park Soccer Stadium, Hollywood Casino, and the new Cerner Corporation Campus.David M.
