Chase Bank and 7 Brew will be coming to the Oslo Marketplace located at the southwest corner of 135th Street and Antioch Road in South Overland Park, Kansas. The new signing represents the first announcements in the new development. Mark McConahay and David M. Block with Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented the owner in the negotiations.



Oslo Marketplace, owned and developed by Frey Development, is the retail component to the redevelopment of the former Frey and Frey Mission Gardens Nursery site, which had been in business since 1972. Also part of the project, Oslo Living is nearly complete, with 413 luxury apartments developed by Ryan Companies.

Oslo Marketplace is planned for a limited number of building sites along 135th Street frontage, offering exceptionally high traffic counts, household incomes, easy access to 69 highway and surrounded by busy retail and sports fields.



Mark McConahay says demand has been strong from a variety of national and regional brands interested in the project.
