Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, is pleased to announce their final shopping center sale of a 13 shopping center portfolio assignment. A Block & Company headed investment group negotiated the sale of an approximately 30,300 square foot retail center in Decatur, Indiana to a local investment buyer.
The Rural King anchored shopping center is located at the northwest quadrant of Nuttman Avenue and N. 13th Street just outside of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

This successfully completes the final sale of Block & Company's portfolio assignment on behalf of the same ownership group for 13 primarily Walmart Supercenter/Rural King Shadow Anchored Shopping Centers located in six states throughout the Midwest. In addition to the sale of the center in Decatur, IN, other centers were sold in El Dorado, KS, Chanute, KS, Decatur, IL, Owosso, MI, Huntington, IN, Jacksonville, IL, Mansfield, OH, Sturgis, MI, Little Falls, MN, Benton Harbor, MI, Crawfordsville, IN, and Champaign, IL.
Block & Company, Inc., Realtors was the management and leasing company for all 13 shopping centers.
