Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is pleased to announce the investment sale of three US Postal Service locations throughout the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The locations include
3400 Strong Avenue, Kansas City, KS, 112 W. Walnut Street, Grain Valley, MO, and
2200 W. 36th Avenue, Kansas City, KS - right in the middle of the KU Medical Center Campus.
The propertes were sold to three separate buyers. Block & Company's
Max Kosoglad and
David M. Block successfully represented the same seller on all three transactions, and were the sole brokers for the portfolio sale of investment properties.
