Rally House was previously located at 6858 Johnson Drive in Mission, KS, and this transaction solidifies its move just a short drive away. The 9,473 square foot space will neighbor Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, American Honey Salon, and more. Gaining an additional 2,473 square feet, this new location will offer Rally House more space and increased visibility on Johnson Drive.
Mission West carries a large daytime population and a dense, well-established residential community. The shopping center is located across the street from Hy-Vee Grocery, Natural Grocers, Pie Five, Five Guys, and PepperJax Grill.
