Block & Company, Inc., Realtors, has successfully facilitated the investment sale of the
New Mark Shopping Center, located in Kansas City North, Missouri. The property was acquired by an out-of-state investor.

81,884-square-foot neighborhood shopping center, anchored by a
52,000-square-foot high-volume Sun Fresh Grocery, is located at
N. Oak Trafficway & 102nd Street in Kansas City, Missouri. The 95% leased center is strategically positioned approximately two miles north of 152 Highway and half a mile east of 169 Highway, within a densely populated residential area.
Block & Company originally purchased the center in 2001, one year after it was developed by Associated Wholesale Grocers (AWG). Since that time, Block & Company, Inc., Realtors served as the leasing and property management company for the shopping center. This transaction marks the second sale of the property since its original development.
