We'd like to thank our employees, clients, partners, and everyone who takes the time to read our newsletter. Your continued engagement and feedback mean a great deal to us.

Keeping the Kansas City community informed—and playing a role in its growth—is something we take seriously. This newsletter is an important way we reflect on recent activity and share what's ahead.

So far, 2026 has been an exciting and productive year for Block & Company. We've completed a number of strong transactions, with a lot more in the pipeline. We continue to stay very active in restaurant and shopping center sales, leasing, and management. At the end of the day, we are in the relationship businessдhat's what drives us.
