Warby Parker Sets Sights on Summit Fair in Lee's Summit, MO

The modern eyewear brand will open in Lee's Summit, bringing its signature glasses, sunglasses and eye care experience to Summit Fair

LEE'S SUMMIT, MMISSOURI—Block & Company, Inc., Realtors,, a Kansas City-based commercial real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Warby Parker, the modern eyewear brand known for its designer-quality glasses, sunglasses, and eye care services, is coming soon to Summit Fair Lifestyle Center in Lee's Summit, Missouri. The retail and service eyewear concept will open in early 2027.

Warby Parker will occupy the space previously home to Fat Bee, located at 880-J NW Blue Parkway, next to the Missouri Furniture Mall. The addition of Warby Parker brings another nationally recognized brand to the center's diverse mix of shopping, dining, and lifestyle destinations. Fat Bee will remain at Summit Fair and relocate within the center to 910-R NW Blue Parkway.

Founded in 2010, Warby Parker has reimagined the eyewear shopping experience with thoughtfully designed glasses and sunglasses, vision care services, and a focus on making eyewear more accessible. Beyond its products, Warby Parker is guided by a mission to inspire and impact the world through vision, purpose and style. Through its Buy a Pair, Give a Pair program, the company partners with organizations to help expand access to vision care for people in need. According to the company, more than 20 million pairs of glasses have been distributed through the program to date.

The brand's arrival adds to Summit Fair's growing collection of sought-after retail and lifestyle offerings for shoppers throughout Lee's Summit and the greater Kansas City area. Summit Fair, located at the intersection of Interstate 470 and U.S. Highway 50 near Chipman Road, is a premier retail destination totaling approximately 510,000 square feet. The center features a strong mix of national, regional, and local tenants across apparel, restaurants, entertainment, services, fitness, healthcare, beauty, and specialty retail, alongside major department and home furnishing stores.

Featured tenants include Dick's Sporting Goods, H&M, lululemon, Sephora, Victoria's Secret, Made in KC Marketplace, Orangetheory, Pure Barre, Chick-fil-A, Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), and McAlister's Deli. JCPenney and Missouri Furniture Mart are also located at the center.
