Block & Company, Inc., Realtors is excited to announce that Wingstop has recently leased 1,600 square feet in Frolics Plaza Shopping Center located at 7107 NW Barry Road (southwest corner of Barry Road & Prairie View Road), in Kansas City, Missouri.

Construction will start immediately to demise the existing 3,250 square foot space, with 1,600 SF utilized for Wingstop and the remaining 1,650 SF available for lease. Wingstop is expected to open in the summer of 2025.



This new location offers excellent visibility for Wingstop, located adjacent to a high-traffic QuikTrip and across from Zona Rosa's entrance at I-29 & Barry Road. Frolics Plaza is home to Rainbow Chinese Restaurant, Ixtapa Fine Mexican Cuisine, Moti Mahal Indian Restaurant, ISmoke Vape Shop, and a double drive-thru Smoothie King.
