Summit Fair Lifestyle Center, located at the intersection of Interstate 470 & 50 Highway at Chipman Road in Lee's Summit, Missouri, a suburb of Greater Kansas City.
Summit Fair is a major retail shopping center reaching 510,000+/- total square feet. It is currently approximately 90% leased, featuring strong national, regional, and local tenancy. The tenant mix encompasses a diversified range of retailers, including sporting goods, apparel, restaurants, entertainment, services, fitness, healthcare, beauty, specialty stores, and shadow anchors, all of which are supported by large department and home furnishing stores.
Summit Fair drives significant traffic and attracts over 4.3 million visits annually, according to Placer.ai data, ranking in the top 7% of shopping centers in Missouri. Featured shopping center tenants include
Dick's Sporting Goods, H&M, Lululemon, Made in KC Marketplace, Craft Putt, Orangetheory, Pure Barre, Chick-fil-A, Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW), McAlister's Deli, along with some new tenants coming soon, including Sephora and LoveSac - all of which are situated alongside walkable storefronts and inviting community gathering spaces. JCPenney and Missouri Furniture Mart are also located in the center.

Block confirms that the ownership has been transferred to a new group of local investors, including himself and Doug Compton from Lawrence, KS. Red Development, based in Arizona, were the Summit Fair sellers and this property was Red Development's last remaining center in the Kansas City Metro, and this sale marks their exit from the marketplace.
Summit Fair currently has multiple opportunities available for lease, along with land for future development. Block & Company, Inc., Realtors has already begun proactive efforts to position these spaces for new and exciting tenants.
