BELTON, Missouri—Block & Company, Inc., Realtors has successfully facilitated the sale of the fully leased Belton Center, located in Belton, Missouri, as an absolute triple-net lease investment. The property was acquired by an out-of-state investor.
The 9,500-square-foot strip center is located at
8312-8320 E. 171st Street in Belton, Missouri, and is strategically positioned along a primary thoroughfare serving both Raymore and Belton. Block & Company has maintained a strong presence in the corridor through extensive leasing, development, and property management activity throughout the surrounding retail landscape. The center is shadow-anchored by several Block & Company-developed properties, including Walmart, Sam's Club, and Lowe's.
Block & Company principals played a key role in the property's original development in 2002 and have served as the ownership and property management company since its completion. The seller was the original owner of the center, and this transaction marks the first sale of the property since it was built.
