909 NE Rice Road, Lee's Summit, MO. This Jackson County location
marks its third in the KC Metro Area.Excluding this upcoming site, Paris Baguette currently operates 20 locations nationwide. Known for integrating Asian-inspired flavors with traditional French baking methods, the bakery-cafe specializes in fresh breads, donuts, and croissants, as well as savory selections such as sandwiches and wraps. The
company is driven by a vision to "reestablish the neighborhood bakery cafe as the heart of the community around the world."
The bakery is estimated to open by spring 2027, after an extensive remodel.
