Quilters HQ, a family-owned and operated quilt shop since June 2017, is relocating from its previous location in Olathe, KS to
9012 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, Kansas.Block & Company's
Daniel Brocato represented Quilters HQ on the sale of its original location at
16175 W 135th St, Olathe, Kansas as well as the lease transaction for its new 10,000 square-foot Overland Park building in the Block & Company-managed
Glenwood Plaza Shopping Center. The store has
officially opened and is welcoming customers.
Strategically situated for easy access from Metcalf Avenue, Glenwood Plaza Shopping Center is a premier retail destination in Overland Park, Kansas. The center offers a
diverse and high-quality shopping experience in a clean, well-maintained environment. This vibrant hub provides a wide variety of storefronts designed to meet the diverse needs and tastes of the local community.

Starfish Project Foundation, a local aid organization that provides clothing, food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies without requiring proof of need, will soon occupy Quilters HQ's previous Olathe location. To facilitate the successful completion of the transaction, Daniel Brocato and Starfish Project representative Karla Johnson of Keller Williams both donated a portion of their commissions.

Blackbob Corners Shopping Center in Olathe, Kansas, provided by Daniel Brocato and
David M. Block. The non-profit organization is expected to move to its permanent location within the next few months.
